Recalibrate
Guided by Dr. Moire Stevenson, an experienced psychologist, you will experience reflective walk-and-talk therapy, Echo Therapy, and immersive practices designed to quiet internal noise and restore connection with yourself.
Some clarity cannot be forced.
It arrives slowly — through movement, ocean air, silence, and finally having enough space to hear your own thoughts again.
Reconnect
Through guided breathwork experiences led by Greta Ruljevaite, a certified practitioner, you will reconnect with emotions, memories, softness, wonder, and truth that often become buried beneath high-functioning adulthood.

Through surfing lessons, blue therapy, ocean immersion, sauna, cold plunge, waterfall hikes, and volcanic exploration, you will experience nature not as scenery — but as part of the transformation itself.

This retreat is intentionally designed around the five senses.
