- Health disclosures: Medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, and physical limitations disclosed for retreat safety planning.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited (collected automatically via cookies and analytics).
- Communications: Emails, form submissions, and any correspondence you send us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process bookings and send confirmation emails and receipts.
- Prepare for your retreat — including meal planning, activity accommodations, and safety measures based on your disclosures.
- Send your welcome kit and pre-retreat logistics information.
- Communicate with you about your reservation, retreat updates, and post-retreat follow-up.

3. Payment Processing
All payment transactions are handled by Stripe (via WooPayments). Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. When you make a payment:
- Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe via encrypted connection.
- We never store, process, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or PIN.
- We only receive a transaction confirmation, the last 4 digits of your card, and the payment amount.

- Health disclosures: Securely deleted within 90 days after the retreat concludes, unless required for ongoing safety documentation.

Sovereign State Retreats is exclusively for licensed mental health professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
