ABOUT SOVEREIGN STATE

The people holding the space.

Each facilitator at Sovereign State has spent years in the work, clinically, somatically, or both. They know what it costs to be the one others lean on.
They know what it takes to rebuild capacity. They know what it means to lead without abandoning yourself. This is not a stage of experts. This is a circle of practitioners.

OUR STORY

Built for the ones who hold space

Sovereign State was born from a simple observation: the people who spend their lives holding space for others rarely have a space held for them. We created this retreat to change that, a place where mental healthcare professionals can exhale, reconnect to their true self, and remember why they chose this profession in the first place.

Greta Ruljevaite

Certified Breathwork Facilitator & Somatic Practitioner

Greta Ruljevaite is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Integration Guide, and somatic practitioner with a deep focus on nervous system regulation and trauma-informed breathwork. After navigating years of chronic anxiety, fight-or-flight activation, and nervous system dysregulation in her teens and twenties, Greta embarked on a profound healing journey that led her to specialize in active breathwork and fascia release as powerful tools for releasing stored tension and restoring safety in the body. She now combines conscious connected breathwork with somatic awareness to help participants gently access and release emotional imprints held in the tissues, regulate the nervous system, and create space for greater calm, clarity, and embodiment. At this retreat, Greta will guide safe, intentional breathwork sessions designed to complement therapeutic work,  supporting deep emotional release, integration, and reconnection to the body’s innate wisdom.
